Hello! I’m Snezhana, a licensed tourist guide based in Skopje, North Macedonia.
With a background in archaeology and professional experience as a curator at the Memorial House of Mother Teresa in Skopje, I have developed a deep appreciation for history, culture and the stories behind the places we visit.
My tours are about more than just visiting landmarks. They are an opportunity to understand the city’s past, experience its present, discover hidden corners and get a sense of the local way of life.
I particularly enjoy exploring the connections between history, architecture and cultural heritage, as well as sharing the stories that make Skopje such a fascinating and diverse city. Beyond the city itself, I also enjoy introducing visitors to the natural beauty and cultural heritage of its surroundings, including the spectacular Matka Canyon, nearby archaeological sites and historic churches and monasteries.
