My name is Snezhana. I am a translator, interpreter, licensed tour guide in North Macedonia, and tour escort throughout the Balkans.
For over thirty years, I have been working with languages, cultures, and people. And I have learned that history is only the beginning when it comes to truly discovering a country.
I believe that languages, literature, and travel share the same wonderful purpose: to translate the beauty of the world into unforgettable memories and bring people together.
I am passionate about the traces left by ancient civilizations, local traditions, traditional crafts, homemade flavours, and the stories that live on through everyday gestures. But above all, I love sharing what cannot be seen at first glance: the nuances, the encounters, and those little details that make all the difference.
My journeys always leave room for culture, curiosity, questions, and even a good laugh.
Because a place is not truly discovered simply by visiting it. You have to listen to it, experience it, and allow yourself to be surprised.

Da oltre trent’anni lavoro con le lingue, le culture e le persone. E ho imparato che, per conoscere
davvero un paese, la storia è solo l’inizio.
Credo che le lingue, la letteratura e i viaggi abbiano lo stesso, meraviglioso scopo: tradurre le
bellezze del mondo in ricordi indimenticabili e unire le persone.
Mi appassionano le tracce lasciate dalle civiltà, le tradizioni, i mestieri antichi, i sapori di casa e
le storie che sopravvivono nei gesti quotidiani. Ma soprattutto, mi piace raccontare ciò che non si
vede a prima vista: le sfumature, gli incontri e quei dettagli che fanno la differenza.
Nei miei viaggi c’è spazio per la cultura, la curiosità, le domande e anche per una buona risata.
Perché un luogo non si conosce soltanto visitandolo: bisogna ascoltarlo, viverlo e lasciarsi
sorprendere.
